These Terms & Conditions apply to direct reservations and accommodation services offered under ELIZOR COLLECTION. By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to these general terms together with the specific rate, payment, cancellation and property conditions displayed during booking or stated in the reservation confirmation.

Reservations and prices

A reservation is confirmed once the required booking process has been completed and any required deposit or payment has been received or successfully authorised. Prices, included services, taxes, fees, minimum-stay requirements and occupancy limits are those shown for the selected property and rate at the time of booking.

Payments

Depending on the selected rate, payment may be required in full or in part at booking, with any remaining balance payable according to the reservation confirmation. Online card payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund conditions depend on the rate or offer selected. The conditions presented before booking and included in the reservation confirmation form part of the agreement and take precedence for that reservation. Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Check-in, check-out and occupancy

Guests must follow the check-in/check-out times, maximum occupancy and property-specific rules communicated in the listing, booking process or pre-arrival information. Only registered or authorised guests may occupy the accommodation beyond the permitted capacity.

Guest responsibilities

Guests are expected to use the accommodation and its contents with reasonable care, respect neighbours and applicable house rules, and promptly report damage or significant problems. Guests may be responsible for loss or damage caused by them or members of their party, except for ordinary wear and tear.

Availability and exceptional circumstances

If circumstances outside our reasonable control materially affect our ability to provide the booked accommodation, we will contact the guest as soon as reasonably possible and handle the reservation in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the booking.

Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, photographs, availability and prices accurate. Minor changes may occur as properties are maintained or improved, provided that the essential nature of the booked accommodation is not materially altered.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable Greek and European Union law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
